Duties include:
* Assisting the head chef in providing an efficient service.
* Compliance with the Food Safety act and our food safety system.
* Ensure the highest quality, consistency and standard of food product is served in all outlets.
The successful applicants must have:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Be honest and reliable with a positive approach to service excellence.
* Minimum five years' experience in a commercial kitchen
* Be able to work as part of a team.
* Multitask and work well under pressure; time management is essential.
* Be neat, tidy and well presented at all times.
* Able to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends and nights.
