What You’ll Do

- Coordinate recruitment logistics and review recruitment progress to keep the process moving.

- Respond to enquiries in our mailbox and provide outstanding candidate care.

- Handle background and reference checks to ensure every hire meets our standards.

- Maintain accurate records in our Workday system for seamless onboarding.

- Provide high quality administration support across our HR team.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confident communicator with a people-first mindset.

- Previous experience in admin or customer service. Recruitment coordination or HR administration is highly regarded but not essential.

- Ability to stay calm and juggle competing priorities.

- Comfortable with MS Office; experience using recruitment systems or Workday is a bonus.

- Initiative: no task is too small.
