About the Role
This is a senior position that requires a talented and experienced professional to maintain relationships with key clients, prepare and process client documentation, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
* Senior Client Support: Collaborate with financial advisors to maintain high-level client relationships, prepare and process documentation, address client inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Training and Supervision: Provide training, leadership, and supervision to junior team members.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized client files and records, coordinate/participate in client meetings, and follow up on action items.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience as a senior client services manager or related role.
* Prior experience in a senior role overseeing other team members is preferable.
* Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and regulations.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial planning software/tools.
* Ability to work autonomously and contribute as a member of a team.
