Join us as a Territory Account Manager - Far North Queensland (12 Month Contract)
Are you inspired by the outdoor and coastal lifestyle, passionate about customers and growing business, and love working collaboratively? We're seeking a talented salesperson to join our Australian sales team, ideally full-time, for 12 months. This role is pivotal in continuing the exponential growth of this important territory, with high long term growth enabling additional future role opportunities.
Your new day-to-day
You have a relentless passion to partner with our customers, to mutually grow business and consistently deliver on our customer promise. You'll have an established customer base of independent pharmacies, retailers and attractions in both tourism destinations, and highly populated residential suburbs. Despite this, you are constantly looking for the right future partners for our category leading brands. You will be a part of a high-performing team of account managers, with a culture of accountability, results and teamwork.
You will be out on the road every day (in a company vehicle), balancing planning with execution, driving insights from your sales dashboard, customer trends, and competitor activity, to identify opportunities. No two days are the same but a passion for working with retailers to optimise retail space management, through the right range and visual merchandising, is essential. You will drive growth through your sales capability, call cycle efficiency and partnering with your customers.
What we'd love to see from you:
* 2+ years of experience in territory sales or account management.
* Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and field sales tools.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
* Analytical skills and strong commercial acumen.
* A passion for people, nature, travel and exploration.
* Industry experience in apparel or lifestyle products, is welcomed but not essential.
Essential to carry out the role:
* Valid work visa or appropriate work authorisation to work in Australia.
* A full driver's licence is essential as you will be travelling daily throughout the territory in a company vehicle.
