Your Contribution
Act as the point of customer contact for the delivery of all specific dietary requirements, within operational parameters, whether they be allergies or intolerances
Ensure food service is delivered to meet customers needs and expectations as planned
Be a positive interface between the organisation and the customer
Ability to work with a broad range of customer profiles
Contribute to a safe and equitable work environment which enables fellow team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to business outcomes
Assist leadership in meeting budget requirements (labour and food costs)
Maintain equipment and stock related to food service as directed
Ensure rotation of stock and monitor to ensure food is fresh and untainted as directed
The Essentials

Time management skills
Basic knowledge in the use of information technology
Possess your own transport
Good general health, free from chronic illness to fulfil the physical requirements of the position
Reasonable flexibility regarding working hours
Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based best practice relevant to the Hospitality Industry
