Job Overview
Warrigal Charters is a contractor for the NSW Department of Education and Training, providing transport under the assisted school travel program throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Due to expansion and driver retirements, we are seeking applicants to begin with the NSW School Term 1 in 2026.
The role is rewarding and enables students with special needs to access school daily during the terms. Drivers must be available for morning and afternoon runs as per school schedules.
Qualifications
1. Excellent driving record; minimum C‑Class unrestricted license (licence record printout required at interview).
2. Current Working with Children check (paid).
3. Current first aid qualification.
4. Willingness to undertake relevant training to adhere to department and Warrigal Charters guidelines.
