The Team:As the Executive Assistant to the Nursing and Operations Director, you will be integral to supporting and coordinating the office of the NDO to ensure communication, calendars and administrative processes to provide the management teams with what they need to do their jobs well. The immediate team has a combination of established and developing managers who work very well together. Regionally, you will be part of the broader executive support team who work together to coordinate and support the executive membership.The Role:The role is full time based at the Mersey Community Hospital. It is central to the management and coordination of the office of the NDO which provides operational management of the Hospital and direct line management to the Nurse Management team. The role is frontline for Executive support and assisting visiting managers/Executive as required.You will need:Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenExcellent coordination and time management skills along with the ability to manage competing prioritiesKnowledge and experience in a range of software including Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of Tasmanian Health Service systems and processes will be highly regardedDetails of appointment:Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join the team 24 April 2026.Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum.
