Level 2 MSP Engineer

We're partnering with a growing and highly respected Managed Services Provider that continues to invest heavily in automation, security, and operational maturity. As the business grows, they're looking for a Level 2 Engineer who can take ownership of support issues, contribute to operational improvements, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of technical issues, contribute to operational improvements, support client projects, and help deliver a high standard of service across a diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
* Owning Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets through to resolution
* Supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint environments
* Troubleshooting Conditional Access, identity, and endpoint management issues
* Supporting Microsoft 365 migrations, onboarding activities, and remediation projects
* Working with ISPs, software vendors, and third‐party providers on behalf of clients
* Assisting with security investigations, phishing reports, and remediation activities
* Maintaining accurate documentation, ticket notes, and operational records
* Identifying recurring issues and contributing to long‐term solutions rather than temporary fixes
* Collaborating with senior engineers on projects, escalations, and service improvements

* Huntress, ThreatLocker & ConnectSecure
* Cisco Meraki & Ubiquiti Networking
* VPNs, Firewalls & Network Troubleshooting
* Microsoft 365 Backup & Disaster Recovery Platforms
* AI‐assisted operational workflows and automation tools
What you'll bring
* Previous experience working within an MSP environment (essential)
* Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
* Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and modern security controls
* Strong written communication and documentation skills
* Experience working within SLA‐driven support environments
* A structured, process‐oriented approach to problem solving
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non‐technical users
* Australian working rights and ability to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
