Our client is a leading education and coaching organisation supporting Year 9–12 students through structured systems designed to build confidence, motivation and academic resilience.
They are seeking a People, Culture Coaching Manager to lead their coaching operations and drive the next stage of growth.
This role is remote, however the successful candidate must be based in Sydney and available to travel across campus locations when required.
About the Role The position is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality coaching experience across all sites, developing Campus Team Leaders, uplifting coaching performance, strengthening culture, and building scalable systems across an emerging coaching workforce.
