As a leader at Repco, you will be responsible for managing store operations, coaching team members, and promoting a culture of safety, service, and teamwork. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Supervision:
* Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants and other store staff
* Council and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
2. Store Operations:
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Manage inventory levels, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
3. Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded
* Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and fairly
4. Safety and Compliance:
* Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Repco's health and safety policies
* Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including workplace health and safety standards
5. Continuous Improvement:
* Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
