This is a great opportunity for retail brand managers to take ownership of 3 homeware brands in a growing family-owned business.
You'll join a lovely, high-performing team: I've recruited the hiring manager and the other Brand Manager and ABM. They're a well-established wholesaler that has recently gone through a DTC transformation. It's a full-time, permanent role in the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering $110-120k + Super and flexible Fridays.
Requirements
* Brand Marketing experience in retail or FMCG is essential
* Strategic skills to help drive the growth of 3 brands (owned and distributed) and position them for B2B and DTC success
* Hands‐on skills to create and execute end‐to‐end brand marketing campaigns
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed in a hectic family‐owned business
* Leadership skills to mentor ABM (dotted line) and manage agency relationships
* High attention to detail, proactive and keen to take ownership of your brands
* An interest or passion for the homewares and lifestyle category is ideal
* Established retailer that's going through a digital transformation
* Work with a great team and a brand new in‐house studio
* Excellent salary package and flexible Fridays
