Responsibilities
Our Assistant Store Managers are key to our store's success, they support Store Managers by driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining full compliance across the store. As a key part of our store leadership team, you are responsible for supporting financial outcomes and creating a positive work culture for our team members. You lead by example, balancing day‐to‐day priorities with long‐term growth and development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading diverse teams
* Skilled at balancing priorities, operations demand, and customer expectations
* Proficient with business tools and technology for managing teams, inventory, and budgets
* Promotes a safe workplace through leadership and hazard reporting
* Confident decision‐maker with strong operational knowledge
* Experienced in workforce management systems to optimise team rosters, cost control and compliance
* Strong in data analysis to monitor sales, forecast trends, and drive strategic decision making
