In this role you will manage the designated Lead Logistics Management account(s) for Toll Global Logistics Automotive Industrials in conjunction with Global Express and approved third party providers. This includes ensuring that the transportation and logistics activities provided surpass customer expectation and deliver innovative and leading edge solutions supported by the Toll Group that are collectively unbeatable.As The Senior Account And Client Manager, You WillNational Transport Leadership: Oversee national transport services for major customers across the Toll Group, ensuring consistent service improvement across networks .Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, including routine feedback and monthly presentations.Innovative Supply Chain Solutions: Collaborate with customers to implement innovative and efficient supply chain strategies.Workplace Safety & Culture: Lead initiatives that promote a safer, more productive work environment.Team Management: Manage a team of transport professionals across multiple locations.Commercial & Performance Accountability: Drive commercial outcomes, monitor KPIs, forecasting, and continuous improvement targets.QualificationsAbout YouBusiness or Supply Chain & Logistics or working towards the completion of a relevant undergraduate degreeSkills And ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in the Transport Logistics industryExperience in leading, managing and mentoring a team would be advantageousGood attention to detail and strong analytical skillsConfident to work closely with other department managers so as to achieve a common goalExceptional Customer Service Skills Strong PowerPoint and Visio knowledge A solutions-focused approach and a willingness to adapt to day-to-day objectivesWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
