Enrolled Nurse | BlueCare | Community Care
* Employment Status: Casual
* Location: Innisfail & Surrounding Areas
* Remuneration: $40.80 (plus casual loading) + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts
Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
* Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments
* Medication and wound management
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living and recreational activities
* Helping residents to participate in the community by providing social support
* Aiding other care staff and health professionals
* Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.
Role requirements:
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
* General nursing experience, post-registration
* Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies (Applicable only for Enrolled Nurse - Residential Aged Care)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (Applicable only for Enrolled Nurse - Community Aged Care )
* Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
