Marketing & Operations Coordinator
We're seeking a motivated and organised Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, from managing daily orders and responding to customer enquiries, to optimising Google Ads and social media content.
This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is open to learning on the job. You will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly and be responsible for managing and optimising Google Ads, social media content, and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and pack daily orders through our online bike shop
* Respond to customer enquiries across our platforms (email, website, social media)
* Manage and optimise Google Ads, social media content, and digital marketing campaigns
* Support our bike rental program, including logistics, fleet coordination, and customer handovers
* Assist in website content management and updates (Shopify)
* Support B2B communication with our retail dealer network
* Coordinate and attend cycling events and activations, including setup and pack down
* General day-to-day support across our brands and showroom
About You:
* You are comfortable working across digital and physical tasks
* You are proactive, organised, and willing to learn
* You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Background in marketing, ecommerce, or customer service is a plus
* Cycling knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided

* This is a full-time role based in Ultimo, NSW
* You will report directly to the Founder
* Some flexibility for part-time or contractor arrangements may be considered
