Overview

One of Australia's largest privately owned Fire Protection Services companies is seeking an experienced Administrator – Operations to join our Western Australian team based in Balcatta. This role supports the day‐to‐day operations of the Minor Works division and works closely with senior managers across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

* Support the minor works business including EH&S, QA, HR/Payroll, Reporting, Invoicing, Payables and working with the service software CLARAFY.
* Coordinate activities within the team to ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication across departments.

Experience in EH&S, QA, HR/Payroll, or invoicing administration is beneficial but not essential.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

* Experience in the building services industry.
* Broad administration experience, particularly in EH&S, QA, HR, and Payroll.
* Strong software skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel (including pivot tables).
* The ability to assist with finance tasks at various levels.
* Experience with CLARAFY (advantageous but not essential — training provided).
* A motivated, proactive work style with minimal need for supervision.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* A cooperative, team‐focused attitude with the confidence to be persuasive when required.
* The ability to thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working under pressure.
