About the role: The Quality Safety and Risk System Facilitator leads and supports initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality care. This role involves managing risk data systems, promoting quality improvement projects, collaborating with the RAP team to implement safety programs, and contributing to the development of strategic safety and quality plans. Identifying and making recommendations for the improvement of processes and practices in accordance with emerging organisational needs, evaluation results and emerging system problems Sharing evidence-based innovations in clinical, operational and organisational practices across the organisation and with other health care facilities Undertake complex analysis of clinical incidents, clinical risks and clinical practice issues and provides reports and briefings to relevant stakeholders and committees About you: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage projects, and facilitate change in complex environments Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and conflict resolution Experience in preparing to meet accreditation or certification requirements against the Australian National Safety and Quality Health Commission At least 3 years (clinical) experience post registration as a registered nurse Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
