We are a family-owned early learning service on the Gold Coast, seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our beautiful, community-focused 90-place centre.

About the role
* Lead, mentor and inspire a stable and experienced team of educators
* Oversee daily operations, compliance and quality improvement

About you
You will ideally have:
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Current Blue Card
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
* Proven leadership experience in an early learning setting
* A passion for holistic education and child-led learning
* A strong belief in bringing nature, sustainability and real-world experiences into the curriculum
* A warm, confident and emotionally intelligent leadership style
