About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Parts Dispatch / Store person to join our high-performing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position involving dispatch, store organisation, customer support, and general parts operations.
Full-time employment – 50-55 hours per week incl every 3rd Saturday morning
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer requests for parts sales and service
* Receive and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently
* Carry out parts deliveries and collections, including organising daily parts runs
* Maintain organised storage and accurate location of parts
* Liaise with the workshop regarding onsite parts, expected arrivals, and urgent requirements
* Assist with parts interpreting when required
* Conduct Air Liquide transactions, deliveries and collections
* Complete rolling stocktakes
* Accurately record sales transactions in internal administration systems
* Support the Parts Manager with stock control, dispatch tasks, and general duties
* Occasionally work beyond standard hours to meet customer satisfaction requirements
Essential Criteria

* Strong self-management, organisational and prioritisation skills

* Solid computer literacy
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work well within a team
* Current driver's license
* Current forklift license
* Ability to pass a police clearance, pre-employment medical and drug screen
