As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will work closely with colleagues to diagnose issues and implement solutions. Your expertise in RF, digital, and analogue circuit diagnostics will enable you to effectively troubleshoot problems and provide high-quality results.
You will also play a crucial role in scheduling technical resources and personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will provide assistance and coaching to peers to further enhance team capabilities and maintain quality standards through best practices.
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III or higher in Electronics and Communications, or equivalent;
* Experience in Technical Maintenance of RF Communication equipment;
* Experience in RF, digital, and analogue circuit diagnostics to module level;
* Ability to schedule and prioritise work when presented with challenging targets to meet customer requirements;
* Experience in conducting technical analysis, communicating findings, conclusions, and recommendations;
* Experience in setting up and using test equipment for diagnostics purposes;
* Minimum 10 years prior relevant experience;
Desirable qualifications include experience in leading a team, RF, digital, and analogue circuit diagnostics to component level, prior ADF experience in technical maintenance of communication equipment, and experience using the Defence ERP program.
