Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides person-centered care, collaborates with healthcare teams, and supervises less experienced staff, ensuring quality care based on best practice and evidence-based approaches.
Selection Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience with multidisciplinary team care complexities
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Knowledge of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
* Leadership ability, supervision, and delegation skills
* Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity
Additional Requirements
This is a Category ‘A’ position requiring compliance with NSW Health policy PD2024_015, including proof of influenza vaccination if working in RACFs.
