Timetabling and Examinations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the university's timetabling and examinations process.
This includes developing and implementing operational plans, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth delivery of student administration services.
The ideal candidate will have strong resource and people management skills, including ability to build and manage effective high-performance teams.
They will also have demonstrated experience in customer service focused culture and proven proficiency in the use of enterprise student management systems.
In addition, they will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of technical requirements of timetabling/scheduling software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development and implementation of operational plans, policies and procedures
* Lead a team of staff to deliver student administration services
* Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders to foster a positive team dynamic and customer service focused culture
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree at master's level or equivalent
* Extensive relevant experience; or extensive management expertise and proven operational expertise in student administration services
* Proven resource and people management skills
* Ability to build and manage effective high-performance teams
* Demonstrated experience in the development and review of operational plans, policies and procedures
