Parts Interpreter
We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a Parts Interpreter at our Echuca Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.

The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
* High quality customer service via phone and face to face enquiries
* Promoting and selling products
* Invoicing of goods and services
* Managing stock and daily orders and ensuring stock inventory levels are adequate
* Verify shipping receipts and stock orders against inventory
* Liaising with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for service work
* Liaising with the Sales Department to ensure parts and accessories are available for new machines and equipment
* Preparing and maintaining the showroom and merchandise displays
* Following all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
To be successful you will need
* Previous experience in a parts environment
* Current and valid driver's license
* Reliable, punctual and flexible (rostered weekend work may be required)
* Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently
* Strong customer service focus and work ethic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Sound computer skills
* Well presented
Preferred
* Certificate in Parts Interpreting or equivalent industry training
* Previous experience in the agricultural industry
* Experience in the automotive or earthmoving industries
* Forklift licence
