General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers who want to apply their expertise in a meaningful, high-impact way — on their own schedule, without the constraints of a traditional academic or lab environment.

What You'll Do
* Design, solve, and critically evaluate complex, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance to AI training
* Apply your domain expertise to craft rigorous problem statements that challenge and advance AI reasoning capabilities
* Review and assess AI-generated outputs for academic accuracy, logical soundness, and depth
* Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to continuously improve model performance
* Uphold high standards of clarity, rigor, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables
Who You Are
* Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
* Experienced researcher with a strong track record — publications, complex projects, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
* Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator with sharp attention to detail
* Self-directed and consistent when working independently without close supervision
* Intellectually curious and comfortable working across a range of complex, abstract problems
Nice to Have
* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
* Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
* Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning workflows
* Background spanning multiple technical disciplines
