Administrative Assistant Community Services

* We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our community team in a fast-paced environment.
* The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
* This role involves managing cash handling, data entry, and other financial responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
* A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is required, with the ability to operate it at an intermediate level.
* Independence and time management skills are essential for success in this role.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our community services team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our community services.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist the community team with visitor management, reception, and administrative duties.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
* Manage cash handling, data entry, and other financial responsibilities.
* Operate Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
* Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in administration, preferably in a community services setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
