About the role
RSB Travel Pty Ltd (Coal River Coaches) is seeking passionate and experienced Bus Drivers to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. This is a full-time role, with opportunities for casual work as well. As a Bus Driver / Coach Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school, as well as providing charter and statewide tour services.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operating buses to transport students to and from school
* Providing charter services for various events and functions
* Conducting statewide tours, showcasing the best of Tasmania
* Adhering to all relevant road rules and safety regulations
* Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicles in your care
* Providing excellent customer service to all passengers
* School Bus Runs—Extra large bus—57 Seats. School bus runs operate Monday through Friday, both morning and afternoon.
* Weekend Charter & Optional Extras. With a wide range of smaller vehicles 5 - 22 seats, to 57 seaters, we offer a wide range of transport options, such as airport transfers, wedding transport, multi-day tours, conference late-night transfers, and more. All of this work is available to the right candidate on a casual or fulltime basis.
* With a wide range of holiday transport for some of the biggest travel companies in Tasmania and further afield, there are options for the right candidate to see Tasmania on multi-day holidays across 3 - 10 days.
What we're looking for
* A current and valid driver's license, with a minimum of 1 years experience driving buses or large vehicles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
* A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of safe driving
* The ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
* A positive and team-oriented attitude
