A well-established and highly respected commercial HVAC and refrigeration company is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join their growing team servicing projects across Sydney and the Central Coast.

The Role
This is a hands-on senior position suited to a skilled technician who enjoys working autonomously while delivering high-quality installations and service work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Installation of split systems, VRV/VRF systems and commercial refrigeration units
* Service, fault finding and preventative maintenance
* Managing site workflow and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently
* Mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
* Liaising with clients, site managers and project teams
* Maintaining high safety and compliance standards

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 5+ years' HVAC experience across residential and commercial sectors
* Relevant trade qualification
* Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Strong installation capability with solid service and maintenance experience
* Ability to manage sites independently
* Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
* A professional, solutions-focused approach
