We’re now seeking an experienced Supply Planner to help us ensure the right stock gets to the right place, at the right time, every time. This is a vital role with national reach to influence outcomes across Australia, based from Regency Park and reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager.
What you will be doing
As our Supply Planner, you’ll play a central role in our inventory success story by:
* Planning and managing inventory across a national distribution network
* Raising and managing local and international purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
* Coordinating overseas shipments (ETDs, ETAs, damages/shorts), landed cost calculations and container receipting
* Monitoring inventory health and executing stock transfers across warehouses
* Generating supply insights through BI Tool (Phocas) and supporting data driven decisions
* Collaborating with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses and internal teams
* Identifying excess or obsolete stock and recommending actions
* Contributing to annual business priorities while achieving KPIs around fill rates, inventory targets, cost management, and data accuracy
What you will bring
* 3 to 5 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory planning or supply chain roles
* Proven track record of maintaining optimal stock levels while hitting performance metrics
* Strong ERP and planning system experience (Sage and Netstock is highly desirable)
* High attention to detail, excellent planning skills and strong commercial awareness
* Confident communicator who builds collaborative relationships with suppliers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
* Analytical mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* A continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways to work
* A tertiary qualification in supply chain, commerce, or a related field
* A commitment to excellence that aligns with our CODE values
* Ability to travel interstate on occasion
