Responsibilities

* Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellence in presentation and quality.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine menu offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a qualified Chef in a busy casual dining setting .
* Passion for baking and pastry, with a flair for beautiful presentation.
* Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality .
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
