Project Manager
The position of Project Manager involves leading the completion of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to specification.
* Resource planning and management, including employees and subcontractors
* Job monitoring and cost control
* Assessment of job costings and methodology before submitting quotes or tenders
A successful candidate will possess experience managing small teams of wages staff and subcontractors on concurrent projects. They will also have strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to assess budgeted hours and costs of projects, supervise safety compliance, and ensure client satisfaction through high levels of written and verbal communication.
This role requires a trade qualified painter with commercial experience who is comfortable working in an office environment and travelling to various sites as needed.
