Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless transitions between projects and ongoing support services.
* Provide technical assistance for servers, networks, and hardware infrastructure.
* Support the delivery of infrastructure projects to meet business objectives.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communication to foster strong relationships.
* Oversee change management and incident management processes to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in managing teams of level 1-3 engineers.
* Strong expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, VMware/Hyper-V, VoIP telephony (3CX preferred), backup technologies, and network troubleshooting.
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
* Experience working within a managed service provider environment.
* Prior experience with ConnectWise, IT Glue, and N-able toolsets is highly advantageous.
* Tertiary education in information technology and relevant certifications such as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, and VMware are beneficial.
* A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for travel to client sites.
