Position: Recruitment Consultant – Corporate Services
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $70K–$90K + Super
The Role
At TEN Recruitment, our team is growing, and we're keen to welcome someone who loves connecting with people and helping shape careers.
You'll run your own desk, working closely with clients and candidates across finance, HR, admin, and project controls. Our clients operate across Mining, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, and Infrastructure, which keeps the work varied and interesting. You'll be supported by a down-to-earth, high-performing team that backs each other and shares wins.
Responsibilities
* Talking with clients to understand what they need
* Connecting great people with great opportunities
* Getting to know candidates & supporting them through the process
* Managing roles end-to-end — from first conversation to placement
* Building your desk in a steady, sustainable way
* Offering practical career advice people can trust
Qualifications
* Someone who enjoys talking to people & building rapport
* Clear, confident communication
