* Act as a subject matter expert or lead on discrete project components, providing functional and technical guidance.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing or system integrator roles working with Workday.
* Current Pro Services Certification across at least two Workday modules.
* Hands-on consulting and configuration experience across multiple end-to-end projects.
