The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our client's dynamic team in a full‑time role based in Wodonga, VIC. You'll be selling truck parts to both internal and external customers‑over the phone, or via the front and back counter. As the face of the spare parts business, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve customers in person, over the phone, and via internal departments
* Accurately process orders and prepare detailed parts quotations
* Promote and upsell parts and accessories
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and product knowledge
* Assist in warehouse operations when needed
* Participate in Saturday morning shifts on a rotating roster
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, preferably in commercial trucks or dealerships
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Forklift licence preferred but not essential
* Motivated to grow and contribute across all areas of the parts department
