Our client has been established for around 5 years and in that time have had a lot of success with their own developments. They have had consistent presence in SEQ and this is a 12 month project needing a site manager in Everton Hills.
You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Senior Project Manager that has been with the company that has delivered a number of similar projects.
Role:
The Site Manager / Supervisor has the following specific areas of responsibility:
* Management of trades and subcontractors on site
* Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
* Implementation of OH&S policies
* Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
* Approval of subcontractor invoices
* Liaison with a team of Site Foreman to ensure budget and time constraints are met
* Long and Short term programming
Person:
* A stable career history within the construction industry
* Townhouse project experience
* Strong construction experience with a reputable construction company
* The ability to work to and meet deadlines
* Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
* Supervisors Licence at a minimum
