We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk culture and capability efforts, shaping the organization's risk management framework and driving cultural change.
* This is a high-impact role where you will partner with senior leaders, influence mindsets, and ensure the organization meets and exceeds regulatory expectations.
* You will be responsible for designing and delivering targeted risk capability uplift programs for leaders and staff, championing a values-aligned, transparent risk culture in partnership with executive and frontline leaders.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading risk culture and capability initiatives, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide Risk Culture Strategy and Framework.
Design and deliver targeted risk capability uplift programs for leaders and staff.
Champion a values-aligned, transparent risk culture in partnership with executive and frontline leaders.
Conduct risk culture assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Define and report on key risk culture metrics to senior leadership and Board committees.
Collaborate with People & Impact to embed risk capability into talent and leadership programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Risk Officer and executive team on culture, governance, and accountability.
Evaluate and improve processes through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
A strong background in risk management, preferably with certifications like PRMIA or GARP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes.
