Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT support specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for end-users.
* Troubleshoot problems with Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, Wi-Fi, and general network access.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, configuring devices, and granting platform access.
* Manage user access to business systems and internal platforms, and maintain accurate records of devices, accounts, and entitlements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
* Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including MFA, phishing awareness, and secure data handling.
* Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
