Senior Legal Advisor Role

Duties:
* Provide expert legal advice on legislation and rules to staff and legal practitioners.
* Review and determine complex applications, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
* Conduct mediations and assist in the management of mediation processes.
* Perform other legal functions as required, including exercising statutory functions delegated by the Registrar.
Essential Requirements:
* Admitted or eligible for admission as a Barrister or Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
Desirable Requirements:
* Significant relevant experience in law or a related field.
* Training and experience in mediating in legal contexts.
