**About Us**
**About the Role**
Working for the Team Leader | Construction, you will assist onsite Supervisors with the management of insurance repair projects from the point of authorisation through to completion of the project. This is an office based role, providing administrative support and great customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating schedules of works for trades and repairs 
- Monitoring budgets and cost control 
- Managing all purchase orders and invoices 
- Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders 
- Collating photos and documents for reports and quotations
**Capabilities and Behaviours** 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- Expert organisation and time management skills 
- Knowledge of construction for building repairs and / or insurance 
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
**Knowledge and Experience** 
- Solid coordination experience in small-medium reinstatement work (highly desirable) 
- Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements 
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation 
- Experience in the insurance repair industry (highly desirable) 
- High level of computer competency
As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
