This ia a female-led painting and decorating company that believes in respect, balance, and teamwork. We're looking for experienced Residential Painters who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that genuinely values its people.
About the role
This is a secure long-term opportunity reporting directly to the business owner. You will work with autonomy completing bathroom and maintenance plastering jobs in residential homes. Success will be driven by attitude, craftsmanship and reliability. Supportive team environment with scope to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* * Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard
* Perform patching, sanding, and surface prep prior to painting
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members
* Work both independently and as part of a collaborative crew
Skills & experience
* Experienced Painter or equivalent proven residential experience
* Strong setting, patching and finishing ability
* Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and White Card
* Reliable work ethic and high attention to detail
