ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative individual to join our Cotton On team as a Store Experience Specialist. You will work collaboratively with your team to help conceptualise and execute creative store experiences that deliver on our brand vision, engage our customers and increase foot traffic. Using your innovative and creative thinking, you will be responsible for delivering creative plans around quarterly themes and campaigns, brand strategy and new stores that take the customer experience to the next level. If you have a passion for people and product and are looking for a role where you can turn your ideas into impactful moments, then this could be the perfect role for you.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated experience in a Visual Merchandising or Creative Brand / Lifestyle role
* Proven creative skill, with the ability to problem solve within a VM and retail capacity
* Ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
* A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and coach a team to success
