They are now seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their growing team, with chances to progress within the company. The candidate must have 2 years experience in a Forklift role. The role is Monday to Friday 7a.m. until 3:30 p.m., no weekend work or overtime required. Responsibilities: Manage all warehouse duties in compliance with GMP requirements Receive, sample and store all incoming goods Pick and pack products while managing all freight requirements Operate a forklift for deliveries for deliveries and pickups Maintain a clean workstation and warehouse floor Oversee processes, storage, and issue of products to production areas Operate RF scanning and pallet jacks Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment Wear PPE and handle cleaning chemicals safely Work as part of the manufacturing team to meet production targets Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse operator role within a TGA manufacturing or similar industry. Forklift license and experience operating forklifts. Strong understanding of GMP and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock control and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock. Experience with RF scanning, pallet stacking, strapping, and wrapping. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
