Job Description:
TSR have a position available for a Refrigeration Mechanic, located in Gympie. If you are an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic who would like to be part of the team that provides the best service in the region, then TSR would love to hear from you.
In this role you will have exceptional fault-finding abilities to carry out repairs on various types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You will be included in an annual on call roster. As part of our construction side of the business you may be required in the new installation and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a consistent and dependable work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and reliability.
Being a team player with the ability to work harmoniously within a group environment is imperative to the success of this role.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Cert IIII Refrigeration and Electro-Technology
- Restricted Electrical License
- QBCC Occupational Mechanical Services Licence
- CPR and Switchboard Rescue Certified
- White and Blue Care Certified
- Minimum of 8+ years previous experience
- Exceptional fault-finding abilities
- Execute trade-related tasks with a focus on quality, precision, and safety.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great attention to detail, well-organised and able to meet deadlines
- Aptitude for solving problems and making decisions whilst displaying patience
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Possess leadership skills for other team members and apprentices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferred experience with electronic job management software, for example - SimPRO Mobile, iAuditor etc.
