We are looking for Freelance IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to join our growing network of field engineers and tech specialists. This is a contractual role, not a full-time position. You will be dispatched tickets based on your geographic location, and you can choose to accept tasks based on your availability.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive installation and replacement
- Server installation and replacement
- Rack & Stack (including new rack and server setup)
- Server configuration
- Installation/replacement of firewalls, switches, batteries, routers
- Windows OS migration
- Installation of drivers, printers, and other peripherals

- Previous experience in IT support, field service, or related roles
- Knowledge of hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and professionally on-site
- Reliable transportation (for traveling to job locations)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
