We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working school-friendly hours, Monday to Friday.
A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience is required for this position.
Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.
This role will support the day-to-day HR operations of the business, ensuring employee documentation, processes, and recruitment activities are managed efficiently and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day HR administrative and transactional tasks
* Maintain accurate employee records, including documentation of performance discussions and workplace conversations
* Support and coordinate probation reviews
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job advertising, screening, and onboarding
* A minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience is essential for this role.
* Ensure HR systems and documentation remain current and compliant
* Provide general HR support to managers and employees
* Certificate IV level qualification is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
