MP Training & Recruitment has been experiencing remarkable growth in student enrolments, data management, and administrative tasks. To ensure seamless operations and support for our trainers and assessors, we are seeking a dedicated Student Administration & Data Officer.
What we are looking for?
As a Student Administration & Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing our Student Management System and Learning Management System, handling data entry, data management, and data reporting. Additionally, you’ll provide essential support to students and trainers across MP Training & Recruitment, including the Design School Online. This is a part time role with flexibility in hours making it an ideal role for stay-at-home parents or individuals seeking a work life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate student records within the Student & Learning Management System.
Assist with data entry and ensure data integrity.
Generate reports related to student enrolments, progress, and performance.
Respond promptly to student inquiries via email or phone.
Collaborate with trainers and assessors to address student needs.
Contribute to the growth and improvement of our student support services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in data entry and data management.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with student support processes is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
