**The Firm**

Established in 1992, FB Wealth Management is referral only financial planning firm based in Spring Hill. **The Role**

We are seeking a permanent part time Receptionist / Office Admininistrator with a unique combination of outstanding conversational skills and a strong desire to follow well defined processes and procedures to maintain robust client records.

Your purpose will be to enhance the client experience at FB Wealth, through the provision of cheerful, positive, personalised interactions with clients - on the telephone and at reception, as well as providing insurance support and administrative assistance to the Managing Director.

This is a permanent part time role, with flexible negotiable work hours. Specifically, your role will include but is not limited to:

- Microsoft Word and pdf document management including merging and stitching pdfs
- Record keeping - all client interactions
- Answering incoming calls, greeting clients at reception
- Setting up the boardroom for client meetings
- Processing and filing physical mail
- Calendar management
- Administrative assistance to the Insurance Adviser
- General housekeeping, kitchen tidying and dishes

**You**

You will be a warm, approachable person who is bubbly, positive and dependable. As an office all rounder with exceptional presentation and reception flair, you will instantly build rapport and trust with the team and with clients. With a confident approach you will also care about the detail, keep excellent records and follow processes and procedures with diligence and accuracy. You don't need to be an IT specialist, but you will need to be an expert in hunting down solutions and troubleshooting IT issues with confidence.

The essential competencies are:

- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Professional and friendly verbal and written communication aptitude
- Excellent commitment to record keeping
- A willingness to navigate new web based systems - we use Xplan, NetDocs, Last Pass and various finance platforms and portals
- Willingness to troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with our external IT contractors
- Great typing skills and confident use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Adobe pdf skills, specifically stitching documents would be a strong advantage however training can be provided

This is a permanent part time role with flexible start and finish times. We can negotiate work hours around family commitments. Our office is a few minutes' walk from bus and train stations or there is reasonably priced car park nearby.
