About the Role
As a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment. This includes using clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. The goal is to minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
1. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful partnerships
2. Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal
You will engage with clients across a range of tasks, working independently and as part of a collaborative and supportive team. Your ability to adapt and focus on exceptional client care will be crucial in this role.
