Order of the Lawn is a growing lawn and garden maintenance company servicing residential and commercial clients across Brisbane. Based in Kenmore Hills (4069), we are seeking a full-time Technician Supervisor to lead our field team and uphold our high standards of service.
This role suits a hands‐on leader who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and can consistently show up with a strong work ethic. We value reliability, accountability, and the ability to set the standard for others.
Early morning starts are required to ensure efficient completion of scheduled maintenance routes across our service areas.
Early morning starts typically begin at 6:30 AM to ensure optimal scheduling and route completion.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising and leading a team of lawn and garden technicians across daily job routes.
* Monitoring staff performance, quality of workmanship, and adherence to company standards.
* Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general garden maintenance.
* Ensuring the safe operation of equipment and vehicles.
* Loading, unloading, and caring for vehicles and equipment
* Troubleshooting on‐site issues and communicating with management regarding job progress or client concerns.
* Maintaining a positive team culture and leading by example in attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in lawn and garden maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
* Strong communication skills — able to liaise professionally with clients and management when required.
* High attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high-quality results.
* Must have the right to work in Australia and pass basic background checks.
* Police check required as part of the standard background screening process.
* Valid C Class driver's licence required.
* Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start early.
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
* Strong work ethic with good attention to detail.
* Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
