Nurse Next Door Gawler Barossa is rapidly growing, and we are seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants, Disability Support Workers, and Community Support Workers to join our team in Gawler, the Barossa, and surrounding suburbs.

Our skilled team of Caregivers are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home support care to our clients.
At Nurse Next Door Gawler Barossa, we are currently seeking:
* Community Support Workers - 2+ years experience highly regarded
* Disability Support Workers - minimum cert 3 required
* Personal Care Attendants - minimum cert 3 required
What you’ll bring to our team!
As a dedicated, self-led leader who is passionate about making a difference, you will take responsibility for your own success through:
* Your ability to develop rapport with clients quickly
* Exercise your natural empathy
* Being reliable and always on time to the client's home
* Desire to make lives better for clients in their own home and in the community
* 2+ years experience in community/aged care/disability
* Able to identify and report client care concerns to the Care Designers
* A great communicator with strong skills in speaking and writing in English. Other languages will be an asset!
As we provide support to our clients 24/7, it is essential that you have flexibility with your working hours. Availability on weekends and evenings is advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
* Right to work in Australia
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Support
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Car & Valid Driver’s License
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* Computer skills are essential
* Excellent written and verbal skills
